Pandan and Durian Rolls

Light and fluffy swiss roll with a thick layer of pandan kaya.  I like it when it is served chilled, the pandan kaya taste like ice cream as it is so rich and creamy.  The shop serves a variety of rolls but I like the pandan kaya roll best.
The secret to their yummy rolls is that they go to the market daily to pick up fresh ingredients like pandan leaves.  It can't get fresher than that.
