Sorry I've been MIA for awhile. I've been busy setting up my online jewellery store, Brownie Sparkles (www.browniesparkles.com).
I must be one of the last few people to try Meat and Bread. I heard of it awhile back but only made the trip down to Gas Town after an espisode on Triple D where Guy Fieri chowed down on a yummy porchetta sandwich.

After all that food and it was just the 2 of us, we did take away for another porchetta sandwich....
Saved it for dinner, fried up some bacon to add it to the sandwich and crisped it up in the toaster. Now that was OTT. I liked the porchetta best but that might just be me as I have a thing for roasted salty pork.
If you want to go whole hog, Meat and Bread will sell you the whole chunk of pork, minimum 10lbs cooked or uncooked so that you can serve it in the comfort of your own home...MMmmm. Be warned, Meat and Bread is very addictive.
