Thierry

Stepping into Thierry on a Saturday night was warm and inviting,  you can hear the buzz and smell the coffee.  Plus the delectable selection of pastries is enough to make your mouth water even if you're still full from dinner.  

There were so many temptations but I was good and limited myself to the hazelnut Liquid Chocolate and 1 macaron.  After I ordered, I realised that they had spiked liquid chocolate - oh well definitely something for the next trip.  The liquid chocolate was pretty good, not too sweet and very smooth but very very filling, almost a meal in itself.

Thierry is a great place for dessert if you're downtown and they are open till late.  We left just past 11pm and the place was still packed.
