Steamed Egg with Crab Meat and Roe |
The egg is silky smooth combined with the rich, creamy sauce of crab roe and crab meat. mmmm. Now for the Peking duck, it is really the best, crispy skin with barely any fat. Do you remember the times when the Peking duck has twice the amount of fat to skin and you will be madly scrapping it off? or just eat all that fat up as it would be super tasty? Well, none of that here as there is barely any fat under the skin so you can happily munch on it without too much worry of it being too unhealthy. I would be happy just eating the peking duck and the steamed egg with crab roe. However, you just have to forget about all the cholestrol and calories and just enjoy :)
