Sweet Corn Soup
1 piece pork shank (cut into pieces)
500 ml water
500 ml chicken stock
1 carrot chopped
2 pieces corn (cut in half)
Bring water and chicken stock to a boil.
Put in the pork and carrot and simmer for about 1 1/2 hours.
Put in the corn after about an hour.
Serve hot.
