| Mango Waffles |
Aren't mango waffles such a nice treat on a Sunday morning? D makes the waffles with his secret recipe . I have to say they are really good. I make the sweet vanilla whipped cream and cut up whatever fruit that we have. In spring/summer we get a lot of fresh fruit - mangoes, raspberries, kiwis, blackberries and strawberries so there is no shortage of good fruit toppings. Can you tell that I really like mangoes?
